Airing instead of washing goes a long way. Materials like wool are even naturally self-cleaning. Hand-washing is always the gentler option and the one we recommend. Dry the garment flat and let them always dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not wring.

I bought the brera model and it was easy for me as a starter to work. I feel that the instructions were not really complete, probably for a problem of translation. But I'm so happy with it, a good star for a beginner!

Medium Experience

I loved the design on the website and bought it.
I got informed some days later that the color was actually out of stock. :(
I had only a view colors left that i could chose from.
Although the website ends with .ch the packages are delivered from abroad so you pay additional big custom duties.
The wool feels soft but some wool balls do have knots!
I did the stitches samples but my cardigan got really small and cropped - but maybe its my technique.
Beside I think it looks cute and its fun to knit, its also a good first project, because it really has all the material you need.

Regarding the custom duties, we are a Spanish company and our orders shipping to Switzerland are sent from Germany. The person that will receive the package will assume all applicable duties and taxes and will be responsible for the payment of the same (even if the package is rejected).

Fragen zur Rücksendung

Am 13.12.2024 sandte ich den Artikel zurück, weil die Farbe leider nicht den Vorstellungen meiner Schwiegertochter entsprach. Laut Sendungsverfolgung kam der Artikel spätestens am 16.12. an. Auch bei PayPal erfolgte bis heute keine Erstattung, was eigentlich über diesen Bezahldienst immer problemlos erfolgt.
